Cyma's Skolatina

Spinach and Artichoke Dip
You cannot visit Cyma and not order this.
It's like going to McDonald's without ordering their fries.
I honestly say that it is so good.
I was wiping the bowl clean before I let the waitress take the dishes out.

Spanakopita
Spinach-filled pies
You got me at 'Spinach'.
It's not as savory but the thought that you're eating vegetables
makes it so good.

It's really filled with spinach.

Moussaka
Layers of beef, eggplant and egg flan.
Probably, Greeks version of Lasagna.
The taste is pretty interesting.

Time for dessert!

We ordered Skolatina.
My sister and brother loved my choice of dessert.
Vanilla ice cream, molten chocolate-filled chocolate cake
and subtle addition of caramel syrup.

It's not too sweet.

And we loved it. Really!

My plate of Skolatina.
I topped the ice cream with melted chocolate
and a portion of chocolate cake.
